Your ORA Gear order will typically take 24 to 48 hours to leave our facility in Florida and depending on where you are located, an additional 1-5 days for transit time. ORA does not process any orders on weekends or during holidays.

We offer flat rate shipping via the United States Postal Service. Domestic orders ship for just $5 and International orders ship for $25!

Checking the Status of Your Order

You can check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website. You will also receive emails as the status of your order changes.

Canceling or Changing Orders

To cancel or change your order, please contact our ORA Customer Care Department immediately. Since some orders will be shipped shortly after placement, we may not always be able to stop or change orders. Please provide your name or invoice number so that we can reference your original order quickly.

Back Orders

ORA will regularly have the item you order in stock. However, in the rare event that we do not, the item will be canceled and not put on back order. Your emailed invoice will reflect this unfortunate circumstance.
