ORA is looking for a full time, in house sales and marketing professional.
You will be responsible for :
- Phone sales and customer service
- Order processing
- Creation of content for company website and social media outlets
What we’re looking for :
- Experience with marine aquariums is mandatory
- Sales and customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Flexible schedule, frequent night and weekend work required
Our ideal candidate is a pleasant, outgoing professional and works well within a team. Spanish language skills are desirable.
Compensation includes base salary plus paid time off and health insurance.

Larval Technician
ORA is looking for a full time larval technician to work in our ornamental fish hatchery.
You will be responsible for:
- Care and feeding of larval fish and invertebrates
- Performing maintenance and husbandry duties on all larval rearing systems
- Meeting goals set forth by supervisor
- Assisting in maintaining accurate inventory numbers
What we’re looking for:
- A.S. degree in Marine Biology or related field; or 2 years of aquaculture experience
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff
- Experience or education related to working in marine environment with pumps, plumbing, tanks, and water systems preferred

Coral Production Assistant
You will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the propagation of new corals
- Performing maintenance and husbandry duties on all invertebrate and support systems
- Meeting production goals set forth by supervisor
- Assisting in maintaining accurate inventory numbers
- Daily packing of invertebrates
What we’re looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience or education related to working in marine environment with pumps, plumbing, tanks, and water systems preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including late nights and weekends
- Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff
- May be required to have a valid Florida Drivers License with acceptable driving record
