If you find you are unsatisfied with your ORA Gear for any reason, let us know! You have 30 days to decide if the item is right for you. ORA will refund any item or items, provided that they not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached.

We recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. ORA does not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Your refund will in most cases be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item or items and any applicable taxes. Unfortunately, shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Please allow up to two weeks for the processing of returns and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
